The weather is getting cooler, but your produce choices are heating up! These amazing superfoods can be found in your local farmers market or grocery store. Be sure to pick up healthy fruits and vegetables.
Apples are full of antioxidants and have 4 grams of dietary fiber per serving (Harvest: Aug-Nov)
Brussels sprouts contain vitamin K and are a good source of folate and iron (Harvest: Sept-Mar)
Winter squash contains omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin A (Harvest: Oct-Feb)
